Halfway Home Animal Rescue was founded in January 2020 by Amber Reynolds. Amber has been in animal rescue since she was a little girl by helping her grandmother's rescue organization. Without her knowledge, grit, and passion, none of this would be possible.
Since our rescue organization began, we've been blessed to be able to help save countless lives. We've assisted with hoarding and neglect cases, strays with nowhere to go, owner surrenders due to unfortunate circumstances, and we're continuously pulling from shelters and pounds to decrease the amount euthanized because of overcrowding. We live for updates from babies we've helped find forever homes for....the pictures and stories warm our hearts and make everything worthwhile! We wouldn't be able to rescue a portion of what we're able to if it weren't for the relationships we've formed with other amazing rescue groups. Our "sistering" rescue groups are anywhere from Indiana to South Carolina to Connecticut to places in between.
If you're interested in making one of our precious babies a part of your family, our adoption application can be found under the "Forms" tab at the top of our page. With this application we will also require a vet reference and home check. All of this is done to ensure that we place our babies in the best possible forever home.
We are blessed with some of the most amazing supporters, fosters, volunteers, adopters and followers. Because of these generous and caring hearts, we're able to continue helping the animals in need. We absolutely could not do what we do without your support, and we're forever grateful!
Because of your huge, caring hearts and generous donations, you're the reason we can continue helping animals in need. Any amount helps and is greatly appreciated!!
